SKILLSET 1: The Pen Tool - Customized Tracing with ClipArt

Learn the following skills by observing Ms. Hammond’s demonstration, playing the Adobe Illustrator Pen Tool Game, and practising by completing the activity below:
Application:
Practise your “Penmanship” by “Placing” a simple piece of clipart (from the Shared folder) into your “loginname_Skills” Illustrator file, on Layer 1. Rename the layer “The Pen Tool” Reduce the opacity of the tracing image to 50-60%, then try your best to trace the image using the Pen tool. The trace does not need to be perfect, and should be customized in some way to make it your own. Use the Fill and Stroke, as well as the Object > Path > Join and Pathfinder tools to merge anchor points.
